Very fast shipping. Customer service over the phone with a real person was great, very friendly and can answer all questions. This product is well worth the money. Definitely saves the paint and practically invisible.

WOW!!! Was very surprised that they had the templates for the brand new 2021 BMW R1250RT headlight and fairing. Customer service is at the highest level, very communicative, flexible, an extremely quick shipper, packaging completely keep the film safe in shipping. Upgraded to the Scotchgard Pro film, very easy to install, looks and performs perfectly.
Above and beyond customer service!

I bought the XPEL Ultimate kit for my new '18 R1200RT and I'm extremely pleased with the product for fit and finish. It truly is invisible except for the edges but that’s only with a keen eye at certain angles and light conditions!
I made one minor installation mistake on the very first piece because I didn’t realize the material had to be stretched to fill the entire area. Fortunately this small error was on the luggage case which I don't use very often. Stretching the material to fit is very easy by choosing an anchoring edge and slowly setting it like shown in their instructional video. Once the edge is anchored, stretching the rest to fit is easy. I also found that a small amount of warm-hot air from a hair dryer made the material conform in difficult areas. It takes very little heat to soften the material.
Now for the bad... which isn't all that bad. I was disappointed to discover that the ‘Total Protection Kit’ was not total paint coverage as implied and assumed. The tank top is missing the saucer size scallops for each side; the entire fairing is uncovered except for a small vertical leading edge strip; no luggage rack/rear fender coverage; and no rear side panels. Overall, the ~80% coverage is great but it’s certainly NOT total!
I would not hesitate buying this product from Tankslapper again.

Perfectly cut and easy to install with just a little patience. I did the entire bike in about 1 1/2 hours.

We love using the Tankslapper kits! Not only are they half the price usually of the competitors but the quality and customer service are unmatched. Dealing with someone that knows what's best and explains the difference in material and advantages is always a plus.

I ordered the Total Protection - installation was a breeze. What through me off was the layout picture and matching the pieces to the parts of the bike. Some were obvious, others totally not.
Note when ordering there is an 'extended protection' box, the picture shows what you get with a red "+" if you click the box. That threw me off (because complete isn't complete, extended is) but customer service was great explaining what I ordered and what I got (even on a Saturday afternoon).
I used a 3M Detailer Vinyl Car Wrap Tool-Kit (Basic Wrap Kit) (amazon, $11 bucks) to apply the film and a spray bottle from PepBoys for the solution of baby shampoo and water.

It is obvious that this film is high quality. I haven't had a chance to install the well cut pieces because the packet of baby shampoo leaked during shipping. The film looks to be excellent and I will be applying it as soon as I get s chance to pick up some baby shampoo.

I received this product from Tank Slapper REALLY fast! I'm a complete novice putting on this product, so to be sure it wasn't real easy getting it on right without any bubbles & folds. The flat areas were easy, curved areas will take some skill & experience to get it perfect. But, I could & did remove pieces more than a few times and replaced until it was at least acceptable. I initially contacted a pro to have it done, but he wanted $100 just to do the headlight. So doing pretty much the entire bike myself saved me lots of money, and I did an okay job, and by the last piece I was already better at it. Great product, and practice makes perfect.
