3M Half Blue Squeegee

The Blue 3M Squeegee or hard card is not actually intended for paint protection film installation, out of the box, however if you affix a strip of - the pile side - Velcro to the blade edge it works fairly well. The Velcro is a must to keep the film from being scratched and to facilitate better gliding over the film which helps move blisters of water to the edge of the film much easier.
