    I recently purchased a 2019 Ninja 1000, and I used the Scotchgard Pro Gloss film and I am very happy with the result.

    At first, the film appears to be sticky but I used the baby shampoo & water spray as shown in the video and the job was not difficult.

    I had to remove and re-apply one panel when I discovered some cat fur under the film. This was easily done and the cat fur quickly washed off with the water spray.

    The panels are perfectly cut and the gloss finish is as good as the new paint on my tank.

    The order process was simple, and the shipping to Australia was quick.

    My only advice is to do the job in a dust / cat free area, and to make sure you also buy the small rubber squeegee.

    I ordered the Xpel Ultimate version. It comes pre-cut in 3 pieces and goes up approximately to the gas cap, covering about where your legs go. It was cut accurately and smoothly. This would have been difficult to make on your own, since it's almost all curves.

    I used the yellow squeegee and baby shampoo, and used distilled water. I basically just watched the install videos on youtube. This was my first time using a film like this.

    My only advice would be to be sure to do this outside on a bright day. I got about 2 pieces of dirt under the film, which I didn't notice until I was done.

    Overall, the stuff is very clear, it's very hard to see it (though you can feel the edges).

    Highly recommended, and very fast shipping.
