No image thus not what I thought that I was ordering

The Tankslapper web site has been saying "Image Coming Soon". What I thought I was ordering is not what the item is that I bought. Also, no instructions were included. At first we thought we had received a blank sheet. Very close inspection by two of us revealed that there were two cut-outs that were very difficult to see. This made it even more difficult to figure out where the particular Tankslapper was for. After we figured that out the cut-outs did not conform to the bike panels.
