Great Product /Great Customer Service

As I mentioned in my previous review, the product is amazing and so is the customer service. I received a phone call from the company to talk about some minor challenges I had with the product and some missing pieces of the set, all was resolved in minutes and I even received a lot of advice and insight about the installation process.
Great Product BUT

Product is great (XPEL ULTIMATE), cut perfectly. Application needs practice, nothing for people that are not patient. It take time and practice to get it right. Still a good amount of microbubbbles no matter what (hopefully disappear with sunlight and warms over time. Any dust,lint or pollen will show under the film, environment should be incredible clean, dust and lint free. Unfortunately I am missing 2 pieces that where not on my sheet. No response from customer service despite multiple emails. Still hoping/trying to resolve this.
